Wivelsfield Parish Council and Wivelsfield Village Hall & Recreation Ground Management Committee are delighted to announce that tenders are being sought for the extension to and alteration of the existing hall In Eastern Road, Wivelsfield Green. Tendering Documents and Procedures can be found on the Government Contracts Finder website at www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk .
Interested Tenderers will need to Register with the Government Portal Website in order to view and download these Documents. No other Form of Issue will be allowed.
Tender Return will be via the Portal at noon on Monday 21 September 2020.
The Parish Council and Management Committee will consider all Tender Submissions.
Please find attached a list of Parish Council meeting dates for the forthcoming council year. Meetings will continue to be held ‘virtually’, via the Zoom video conferencing platform, until it is deemed safe to resume holding face to face meetings and the Council chooses to do so.
The Wivelsfield community has been doing what it does best; rallying around to give support to those that need it during the Coronavirus crisis. Organised by longstanding resident, Rosemary Fair, the Wivelsfield Coronavirus Buddies are on hand to help anyone who is self-isolating, be that through picking up essential supplies, or offering a friendly chat on the phone.
